The 1812 Overture with Real Cannons
Yesterday. It was cool. Apparently they belong to the mayor of Lancaster, and, as the story goes, he was asked by the Chicago Orchestra to use the cannons. He said he'd only use them in Lancaster. They said, "Yes, but we're the Chicago Orchestra." He said, "Yes, but I'm Charlie Smithgall." (his name, if that wasn't obvious)

haHA. "I'm Charlie Smithgall." I love it.
No time for a post, but Hi everybody. My movie is all shot, and I've cut the first three scenes. Heehee.
I went to those fireworks one year. It was OK. But the cannons are cool. And Smithgall just plain rocks.
