Quilting Mat + Overhead Pens
= a battle mat for me!
That makes me very happy. My mom used to do a lot of quilting, and she has this nifty mat thing marked off in 1 inch squares (it's even marked, so distance calculations will be a snap). She doesn't do much quilting now. And overhead tranparencies are a thing of the past. Voila, battlemat. Beats drawing a grid on a whiteboard, or on page protectors, everyday.
Anyway, that's that. Time to use it for the tournament my family's playing in this afternoon.
